THE BULLOCK STORY
BUILT ON A
GOOD NAME
Bullock Contracting was started by Keith Bullock back in 1960.
In 1960 Keith bought his first Caterpillar, a D47U. After more than
30,000 hours of service, it has been fully restored and remains part
of the Bullocks fleet today.
The fleet soon grew to include a Commer transporter, followed by a
Ford D1618, seen in the photos in Porirua.
Keith Bullock Contracting operated the Spicer Landfill for
18 years (1984-2002), becoming a well-known and trusted name
across Porirua and the Greater Wellington Region.

Operating the dozer is Keith's son and current company director Glenn Bullock.
Three generations in, the Bullocks legacy continues, with the fourth
generation already learning the ropes when not in school.
